Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill this challenging role as an Accounts Receivable Officer. This position plays a vital part in minimising debt exposure and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts according to credit terms and policies, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Timely collection of outstanding debt through proactive outreach and negotiation with customers.
- Initiate inbound and outbound collection calls and emails to ensure prompt payment from valued customers.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Accounts Receivable department.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in customer account management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
