We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of College Operations to oversee and coordinate the College's co-curricular and operational programs. This key leadership position works closely with the Deputy Principal Years 7-12, Heads of Middle and Senior Years, Academic Services, Reception Staff, and leaders of Co-Curricular Programs to ensure a vibrant and well-executed student experience. The role requires strong logistical skills, excellent communication, and a deep appreciation of and commitment to the value of all girls' education.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the College, managing College calendar planning, events, student activities, tours, trips, and administrative systems, while modelling the College's values in every interaction.

To be successful you will possess:

· Relevant tertiary qualifications and TRBWA registration

· Demonstrated leadership experience in a school setting

· Strong organisational, planning and time management skills

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders

· The ability to manage complex logistics, operations, and co-curricular programs

· A proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented mindset

· Strong problem-solving abilities and ability with College systems: Consent2Go Clipboard etc

· A strong commitment to and advocacy for all-girls' education and environments

You will join a supportive and professional community where staff, students, and families work in partnership to create exceptional learning experiences. This role includes a 0.3FTE teaching component in a specialist subject area, and will be required to contribute up to 10 days annually during non-term periods, to fulfil the planning requirements of the position.
