About the role
As our Boutique Manager, you'll lead our retail team to excellence and embody the empowering culture at Arms Of Eve. Your role includes creating a positive and engaging shopping environment, driving sales, managing client relationships and overseeing retail operations. You'll achieve this through training and developing a high-performance team that strives for success. If you have a passion for jewellery, accessories and fashion, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, this role is designed for you The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Store Manager. We seek creative, kind, and like-minded individuals to join us on this journey.
Key responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, memorable in-store experience.
- Brand Ambassador: Build and nurture relationships with customers, embodying and promoting our brand spirit to cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Sales and Performance: Drive sales and exceed targets by maintaining high visual merchandising standards, sharing in-depth product knowledge and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising standards and directives are consistently implemented and maintained.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor store activities to prevent and address potential loss or theft.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance overall service quality.
