What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on major
    M&A transactions
    , joint ventures, and strategic investments across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Guiding
    startups and scaleups
    through
    capital raisings
    , structuring, and governance.
  • Working with
    international clients
    on complex
    cross-border deals
    and corporate restructures.
  • Acting as a trusted commercial advisor to founders, boards, and executive teams.
  • Collaborating directly with partners on deal strategy, negotiation, and client engagement — no bureaucracy, just real exposure.

Who You Are

  • A
    Corporate or Commercial Lawyer
    with around
    5–8 years PQE
    , ideally from a top-tier, national, or leading boutique firm.
  • Experienced in M&A, capital raising, or venture/startup advisory work — and hungry to deepen that expertise.
  • Commercially astute, client-driven, and excited by the pace and energy of
    high-growth businesses
    .
  • Someone who thrives in an environment where you can
