About the role

Are you passionate about helping people make the most of their super? Join CSC as an Intra-fund Financial Planner, where you'll provide high-quality, personal financial advice that truly makes a difference in customers' lives.

This is a work-from-home role with advice delivered primarily via video conferencing - giving you flexibility and balance in your day. You'll assess customers' financial situations and provide strategic superannuation advice that aligns with regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal, intra-fund financial advice in line with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications and licenses required for the role
  • Contribute to team discussions and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, compliance, and appointment targets
  • Maintain effective relationships with key contacts and relevant third parties (e.g. Internal Stakeholders and Licensee) to produce successful business results.
  • Working with Customer Group leaders to develop and deliver regular reporting across teams
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  • Australian Citizen
  • Undergraduate degree or above in finance-related discipline, essential
  • Minimum 12 month direct financial planning experience
  • Australian Financial Services (AFS) license or authorised representative status
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to ensure skills and knowledge are update, accurate and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to members
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
  • Commitment to high standards of professionalism and compliance
