About the Role

Reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing, our lookout is for a talented, creative individual who wants to use their skills in the relatively new renewables energy field. There is so much potential for new ideas that you'll certainly be able to develop and lead breakthrough strategies in SEO

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years' experience as a SEO specialist and be instrumental in provide specialist search expertise and insights that will feed SEA content strategy, prioritising high value search query volumes to drive scaled impact implementing marketing campaigns, promotional activities and looking at data analytics.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain a short, mid, and long-term SEO strategy that delivers business KPI's, including technical and content SEO.
  • Ensure our ranking strength is continuously optimised and outperforming our competitors
  • Support SEO objectives with the marketing team through keyword research, content briefs and blog concepts.
  • Conduct audits and implementing solutions for optimisation
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and algorithms to inform SEO strategies and tactics, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Work closely with delivery teams so all new initiatives include SEO requirements and recommendations
  • Develop and deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on SEO performance

Your skills and experience:

  • 5 years' experience in SEO & understanding of SEO best practice including technical and content optimization
  • SEO research experience within agency/ Internal teams with and hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • Data driven, thrive on data and use it to guide your decision making, recommendations, and priorities.
  • Resilient, don't shy away from a challenge and take every opportunity to learn and grow.
  • Solution oriented, can identify the problem and find a solution for it.
