We are an established Consultancy Company that is looking to expand our Victoria team.

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Client Consultant to conduct presentations with clients and connect them with tried and trusted experts who can work with their specific needs. As an ADVANTAGE consultant, you will help assess clients' situations, educate them about their options, and organize follow-up appointments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospecting warm leads and converting to appointments
  • Attending all scheduled client appointments (in-home, office, or online)
  • Conducting thorough assessments to review clients' positions
  • Educating clients about their available options
  • Securing agreement to appointments with appropriate referral partners
  • Following up with clients after their appointments where necessary
  • Completing required documentation with high attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Attending training and other appropriate meetings as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. We're looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who bring a positive attitude and are ready to learn and progress. You should be passionate about building strong client relationships, working as part of a vibrant team, and above all else, enjoy helping people achieve further growth and development.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering work with high attention to detail
  • Emotional awareness and professionalism when communicating with clients and third parties
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and assess client needs efficiently
  • Consulting or sales experience preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
