What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Client Support Consultant, you'll be the face of the business for a portfolio of key clients across the Custodian and Fund Manager space. You'll manage complex queries, drive service excellence, and play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members while working across departments to implement continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients
  • Resolve complex and escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Guide and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate across compliance, operations, and IT teams to enhance service delivery
  • Lead or contribute to key client service projects and process improvements
  • Stay on top of industry regulations and ensure risk/compliance standards are upheld
What You'll Bring:
  • 5 years in financial services, ideally within funds management or operations
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC and transfer agency operations
  • A client-first mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management
