This is a unique opportunity to deliver immediate impact at executive level in a short-term but highly visible assignment. As Senior Manager, Business Risk Partner, you'll provide oversight and advisory across finance and operations portfolios, ensuring robust risk profiles, strong governance forums, and effective remediation. With direct exposure to senior executives, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional seeking to showcase their expertise and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input into and oversee risk profiles for Finance and Operations portfolios.
  • Partner with senior executives to uplift governance and risk management.
  • Lead portfolio-level risk assessments and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide governance and secretariat support to risk committees.
  • Ensure accurate data and reporting within enterprise GRC systems.
  • Advise on remediation activities and project risk.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience in risk, audit, or compliance across large enterprises.
  • Strong governance and risk profiling capability.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders with credibility.
  • Familiarity with GRC systems and risk reporting processes.
