This is a unique opportunity to shape enterprise risk culture during a major transformation in a role that directly impacts governance, remediation, and executive decision-making. As Associate Director, Business Risk Partner, you'll lead a team of risk professionals, consolidate the enterprise risk profile across finance, operations, and corporate affairs/marketing, and partner with senior executives and the Board to embed governance frameworks and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of risk professionals.
  • Oversee the annual risk profile, audits, remediation, and control effectiveness.
  • Establish and manage executive risk committees across multiple portfolios.
  • Drive remediation and compliance uplift linked to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and influence enterprise governance.
  • Present risk insights and updates at Board and executive level.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 10–15 years' experience in enterprise risk, audit, or assurance across large organisations.
  • Proven leadership capability with direct and indirect reports.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives and Boards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO31000, COBIT, ISO27001).
