The Role

As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our club's success. You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies

• Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment

• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance

• Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart

• Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members

• Upholding all safety and security standards

About You

We are specifically seeking a candidate with proven experience and a deep passion for the fitness industry:

• Current Industry Professional: Someone already working within the fitness industry (e.g., Assistant Manager, Senior Sales Consultant, or Manager). Anytime Fitness Experience is a HUGE Plus Previous experience in an Anytime Fitness environment is highly desirable.
• Proven Leadership: Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a customer-facing environment.
• Key Skills & Experience: You must possess the essential skills to manage the club's operations, membership, and overall growth
• Exceptional Sales Acumen: A strong background in membership sales, lead generation, and achieving targets.
• Digital Marketing Mastery: Solid knowledge of social media marketing (content creation, engagement) and using digital marketing tools to drive leads and brand visibility.
• Operational Excellence: Competence in day-to-day club management, staffing, member retention, and administration.
• People Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Customer Focused: A genuine passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals and providing an outstanding member experience.
