About Us

SEM Windows Pty Ltd is a fast-growing windows and façade company operating Australia-wide. We partner with leading façade engineers and builders—including Built, Icon, and Lendlease—to deliver high-quality façade solutions across commercial projects. We are expanding our Queensland team and hiring two Project Managers / QLD Commercial Manager based in our QLD office.

About the Role

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of façade/window projects, ensuring safety, quality, program, and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate labour, procurement, logistics, and onsite delivery
  • Plan and manage project programs and report on progress
  • Control all aspects of project execution: finances, subcontractors/suppliers, safety, programme, installation and compliance
  • Provide technical, commercial, and functional leadership across projects
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years managing windows/façade projects
  • Experience on EBA sites (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of structures, façade systems, glazing, and curtain walling
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to take a project from concept through to completion
  • Confident client liaison and stakeholder management
  • Strong safety mindset and flexibility to operate across multiple projects
