The Role
As an Orikan Parking Officer, you'll be the face of local mobility. Every day, you'll help improve parking equity and public safety by:
- Patrolling designated areas to monitor parking compliance
- Issuing infringement notices in line with Victorian road rules and the aligning council regulations
- Explaining road rules to residents and visitors
- Recording enforcement activities and keeping accurate logs
- Reporting incidents, hazards, or public safety concerns
- Representing council with professionalism, honesty and integrity
Hours
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (Mon–Sun, 7:00am–9:00pm)
- Occasional shifts on Sundays may be required (hours vary dependent on client requirements)
- Weekend and shift allowances where applicable

- Experience in customer service or enforcement (preferred but not essential)
- A willingness to learn the ins and outs of road safety and parking regulations
