RT Edwards Commercial team is looking for an Administration Coordinator who possesses strong problem-solving, negotiation and customer focus skills, to provide administration support to the sales team. The role will report directly to the Commerical Support Manager and be based at Head Office at the Brisbane Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Process supplier and customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment
- Maintain updated files
- Manage returns and order changes
- Assist with quotations and service call bookings
Skills and Attributes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Excel, Word and Outlook
