We are an innovative company dedicated to enhancing our business operations. We are seeking a dynamic marketing assistant with excellent English-speaking skills to join our talented marketing team.

Key Skills

  • Direct marketing experience in lead generation thru digital platforms
  • A tertiary-level degree in Marketing / Business / Communication or Advertising.
  • Experience in creating EDMs and SMS campaigns via software platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and seamless data flow integration API Connect.
  • Ability to work with programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Java would be great.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
  • Experience in copywriting and proofreading
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Reviewing key metric reports daily offering solutions to improve ROAS
  • Develop content and maintain brand integrity across all platforms ensuring that all information is current, accurate and timely.
  • Assist National Marketing Manager in managing administrative tasks .
  • An intermediate standard of computer literacy includes using PCs, Macs, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge and desire to work with paid campaigns across META, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads,
  • Familiar with managing Gtags and set up conversion goals to accurately measure, allowing for better optimisation of lead generation tracking.
  • Having video editing skills will be valuable for brand promotion.
  • Collaborate with in house Graphic designers for any need of Adobe suite graphics.
  • Work closely with the National Marketing Manager to refine the process of allocating, approving, amending, and tracking tasks to ensure smooth workflow across.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate easily and work collaboratively and cohesively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Any additional duties as directed by the national marketing manager and creative director
