Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of motel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
  • Passion for Customer Service. Dedicated to meeting guest expectations and understanding the importance of guest reviews.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Marketing. Knowledge and experience in marketing to enhance direct booking strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
