Talent Foundry is recruiting a Project Manager for a national and international construction company delivering Defence-aligned commercial projects in Darwin. This is a full relocation role (NOT FIFO) and suits someone with strong commercial construction experience looking to work in a structured, well-supported environment with clear project scope and exposure to Defence projects.


The Opportunity

The position will oversee the delivery of several commercial building packages within a broader Defence project. You'll manage planning, coordination and execution across your allocated structures, working closely with a stable senior team and an organised contractor with proven delivery capability.

This role is contractor-side and includes responsibility across scheduling, subcontractor coordination, compliance and commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering allocated commercial building packages end-to-end
  • Coordinating construction phases, resources and sequencing
  • Working closely with senior leadership, consultants and subcontractors
  • Overseeing commercial obligations including cost control and variations
  • Supporting site teams to maintain program, safety and quality
  • Identifying and resolving issues to keep delivery on track

Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager on the contractor side
  • Background in commercial construction
  • Experience delivering projects around $30m or larger
  • Relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Construction White Card

Relocation Details

This is a relocation role, and support is provided to make the move practical and manageable. Travel, temporary accommodation and relocation assistance are available.

Not FIFO.
