ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our Electrical team supporting our long-term Electrical scopes in Rockingham, WA. Initially the role will commence in Balcatta, transitioning to Rockingham in February 2026.
As the Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, client requirements, and company procedures.
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion and handover.
- Drive efficiency and accountability within the team, delivering consistently high-quality standards.
- Take ownership of all commercial aspects, balancing cost, profitability, and decision-making impacts.
- Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maximising opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage diverse individuals and teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and deliver robust project start-up and quality plans.
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- 7–10 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projects.
- A strong technical background as an Electrical Tradesperson or Engineer.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing self-performing teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
- Australian Defence background is desirable.
- MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
