About the role

Join the Fremantle Dockers' as a Membership Services Officer on a casual basis and be the first point of contact for our fans and members.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to member enquiries via phone, email and other channels
  • Assisting with membership renewals, processing payments and maintaining accurate member records
  • Providing information and advice to members about the club's benefits and services
  • Participating in special events and initiatives to engage with our member community
  • Providing cover for the Club's reception

While casual shifts may change week to week, the successful candidate must be available on Wednesday's.

What you will bring

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is desirable
  • Desire to provide an exceptional member experience

The successful candidate will also need to provide a WA Working with Children check.
