The Opportunity

  • Senior Commercial Valuer to join our specialist Residential Development & Build to Rent team
  • Detailed market research & project feasibility studies, development advisory, competition analysis & scenario modelling for proposed developments & proposed development valuations
  • Valuation and advisory services for local & international institutions, Developers & private investors
  • Undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, and creating quality reports within a high fee writing environment.
  • Utilise our extensive market data and further your career within a global market leader.
  • Excellent long term and career promotion opportunities

About you:

  • CPV with 2 years + post CPV commercial valuation (commercial or residential valuation experience considered)
  • Self-motivated, accurate research & data management capabilities
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
