We are seeking a talented individual to join our Property Valuation team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Sydney.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to: Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various properties for different purposes, primarily insurance and financial reporting.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while effectively managing your time.
Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally to support key client commitments.
Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills and provide expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies.
Lead small, complex, and unique valuation projects and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
What you need to have: AAPI with CPV qualification.1-5 years of experience (post registration) in performing valuations.
Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly desirable.
Growth-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
