About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a full time Assistant Valuer to join the highly successful Valuations & Advisory Division in Sydney, working with the Sydney CBD Office team. Working within this dynamic and dedicated team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills as an Assistant Valuer or recent Graduate and further develop your career with a great company.

Key responsibilities will include.

• Assist the Division in providing a variety of valuation and property consultancy services
• Assist in undertaking valuations for acquisition, asset reporting and mortgage purposes
• Maintenance of a comparable sales and leasing database
• Assist in the preparation of research marketing material
• Meet valuation and project deadlines to ensure the highest standards of service
• Maintain an understanding of both local and national markets
• Assist other staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed and submitted in a timely and professional manner
  

What Sets You Apart

• Completed, or nearing completion a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar
• A keen interest in property and be eager to learn
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• High level skills in Microsoft software packages
• Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
• Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and a good problem solver
