Office Administrator – Gourmet Grocery Store (Full-Time, Flexible Hours)

We are a family-owned gourmet grocery store in Windsor looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to oversee our office operations and support our retail and management teams.  This position would suit an Intermediate / Senior Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end to end payroll and accounts payable using Xero

· Oversee staff rosters, timesheets and wage approvals via Deputy

· Support HR functions, including onboarding, staff files and compliance

· Maintain office supplies, uniforms and stationery

· Prepare reports and provide general support to management

About You:

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Xero experience is essential (including payroll)

· Deputy would be an advantage, but not essential

· Strong attention to detail and comfortable with numbers

· Organised, efficient and able to work independently

· Friendly, approachable and team-focused

· A proactive, hands on mindset someone who gets things done and takes ownership
