About the role:

Our Planner Mobile Plant will lead safe, efficient, and compliant planning and scheduling for mobile plant operations, driving performance and business outcomes. We're looking for candidates with a relevant trade qualification, proven experience in maintenance planner/scheduling, and proficiency with systems like SAP. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Be a proactive self-starter, taking initiative in managing and driving the maintenance planning and scheduling process.

  • Lead and promote a safety culture, ensuring safe practices across all operations.

  • Develop short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans that comply with system requirements and support efficient maintenance delivery.

  • Ensure all division plans are scheduled and completed on time, meeting system compliance.

  • Convert the scheduled maintenance plan into a detailed inventory demand plan.

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure processes and systems support planned maintenance.

  • Work with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Communicate daily with teams and repair providers to ensure everyone follows the same maintenance schedule.

  • Ensure long-term maintenance plans align with fixed and mobile plant equipment goals, including capacity considerations.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Experience in Maintenance Systems and SAP (mandatory).

  • Hold an open 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
