About the Role

Lead the strategic coordination of Grampians Health's medical workforce across junior and senior levels. This pivotal role ensures effective recruitment, rostering, contract management, and workforce planning. You'll work closely with Clinical Directors, Educators and Talent Acquisition to deliver high-quality, consistent workforce services.

Drive strategic oversight of medical workforce operations

Lead and support a high-performing Medical Workforce Unit

Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency in entitlements and compliance

Provide accurate workforce data to inform planning and decision-making

Manage recruitment, rostering, and credentialing processes

Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment and employment of medical staf
