As the Senior Project Manager for Clinical Education, you will spearhead the development and implementation of the Australian Stroke Alliance's education programme. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with over 40 national agencies, ensuring the successful integration of portable imaging into ambulance protocols. Your work will directly impact the delivery of urgent stroke care across Australia's diverse communities, making a real difference in the lives of many.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Stroke Smart Ambulance education programme, ensuring its success from initiation to deployment and ongoing impact analysis.
- Develop and maintain project deliverables, including scheduling, issue management, and education materials.
- Collaborate with medical colleges and health departments to ensure the alignment of education programmes with ASA objectives.

You will be an experienced clinical educator with a strong understanding of ambulance service processes and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive the success of the Stroke Smart Ambulance initiative.
You may also:
- Are a passionate leader with a proven track record in clinical education and CPD.
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Have experience working with health departments and clinical councils.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Are self-motivated with the ability to exercise discretionary judgement.
