Open Pit Project Manager

BML Ventures is seeking to appoint a highly capable Project Manager/Quarry Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a busy open pit mine in the WA Goldfields.
Your specific duties will include:
- Acting as the Alternate/Quarry Manager on your regular roster with scope to develop into the Mine Manager role.
- Ensure that mining operations are undertaken in a safe and efficient fashion.
- Supervise and train production operators.
- Manage all aspect of day to day open pit operation, including supervision of survey and liaison with maintenance personnel.
You will be an experienced hard rock miner who is in possession of a restricted or unrestricted WA Quarry Managers Certificate. Similarly, you will have a minimum of 5 years post graduate or management experience, including a demonstrated track record of success within an open pit operation, preferably gold.
With an attractive base rate and a highly lucrative incentive scheme this role will appeal to capable and hard working candidates looking to step up in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- 8:6 or 12:9 role
- Surpac experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Package in excess of $250k plus bonuses.
