Our client, a well-established WA gold producer with multiple operations across the state, is seeking expressions of interest for a General Manager / Site Senior Executive (SSE) to lead an exciting new open pit gold project near Kalgoorlie.

About the Opportunity

This is a chance to take the reins of a new operation from development through to steady-state production. You'll be responsible for overall site leadership, ensuring full statutory compliance under the WHS (Mines) Regulations while driving a positive safety and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all site functions and ensure operational excellence
  • Act as the principal statutory appointment (SSE)
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulators, the client, and corporate management
  • Embed high safety, environmental, and community standards

What You'll Bring
