Job Description
  • 2 Part-time roles available: 2 days permanent part-time ongoing & 12 month mat leave cover available.
  • Ferntree Gully, based on the lands of the Wurundjeri & Boon Wurrung Peoples
  • From $36.35 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Your role, your impact

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and filled with hope. You'll play a key role in supporting our reception and administrative functions, helping people access the care they need.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome each customer with empathy and hope
  • Manage reception, clerical, and administrative tasks across Primary Health programs
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, effective service
  • Respond to public enquiries with accurate information or direct to the right staff
  • Facilitate culturally sensitive communication, including interpreter services
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing appointments and electronic systems
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team dynamic

Who we're looking for

  • Strong customer service and administration experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Commitment to community health principles and customer focus
  • Intermediate IT skills and experience with electronic client management systems (e.g., Pracsoft, Outlook, Excel)
  • Driver's Licence for travel between locations
