**The role**
CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking and Finance sectors.
Located in **Hurstville, NSW**, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a great dynamic team responsible for collecting on credit accounts for our clients.
As a _Collections Officer _your main aim is to help organisations protect their revenue and assist commercial entities and consumers to repay their debts. You'll achieve this by connecting with our customers and tailoring solutions with a customer centric approach.

**Responsibilities**
Here’s an example of your day to day:
- Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, providing top-notch customer service while assisting them in reducing outstanding debt.
- Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
- Build and establish relationships with customers with connection and trust
- Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
- Negotiate, implement and monitor tailored payment solutions
- Record interaction file notes ensuring meticulous record keeping
- Adhere to compliance frameworks
**Requirements**:
