The Role: Retail Sales Professional

Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager the position is based at our Store in Underwood. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure visual merchandising are meeting defined standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contribute to Store sales budgets
  • Customer sales negotiation
  • Follow up on customer orders
  • Offer technical advice to customers
  • Assist with customer collections from store
  • Ensure that appliances, furniture and bedding are displayed in the most effective way for customers
  • Monitor stock levels and labelling and initiate ordering if required
  • Implement sales and promotional programs
  • Ensure security of all stock and the store
  • Follow up incomplete sales report
  • Support and follow the store OH&S standards and emergency procedures
