Our Port Beach and Point Walter venues are built around sunshine, fresh air and the relaxed energy of Perth's coastline. We're looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor who thrives outdoors and brings warmth, leadership and positive energy to every shift.

About You

You're someone who:

  • Has experience in customer-facing or supervisory roles (wellness, service or hospitality ideal)
  • Brings natural warmth, confidence and strong communication
  • Loves working outdoors and thrives in a coastal environment
  • Is calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative and leads with care
  • Supports team members and builds strong relationships with regulars
  • Maintains a high standard of professionalism and venue upkeep

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting the FOH team during shifts
  • Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing check-ins, queries and day-to-day operations
  • Overseeing cleanliness, safety and venue presentation
  • Providing guidance on sauna & ice bath usage
  • Resolving onsite issues and supporting member needs
  • Supporting retail sales and merchandise
  • Collaborating on community events and activations
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the venue, communicating insights and feedback to management
  • Completing monthly projects and following direction from Operations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
