We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a growing ERP testing team supporting a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on SAP Payroll testing, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of payroll systems through structured testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and summary reports.
  • Coordinate and execute payroll testing activities across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful testing outcomes.
  • Support test environment management and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

About You

  • Proven experience in SAP HR/Payroll testing, including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools (e.g., SAP CALM), and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrades.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • ISTQB Foundation Certification.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.
  • Exposure to ECC to S/4HANA migrations and greenfield implementations.
