Have you spent time on the print / production floor and are ready to take the next step in your career?

IOP are looking for a Project Co Ordinator or Entry level Project Manager to assist the existing team and learn the ropes on your journey to becoming a Full time Project / Account manager.

To Achieve this role, you must,

  • Have a can do attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Be process driven.

  • Manage jobs from start to finish, supported by our experienced PM's with training in IOPs internal systems.

  • Learn to outsource projects, following IOP process to ensure projects get the desired result.

  • Effectively manage clients' expectations, by utilising the "POLR" theory.

  • Attend daily production meetings, ensuring all project information is kept up to date through the IOP CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • General signage & printing experience with high knowledge of substrates,

  • Worked in the print & signage industry for minimum 1+ years.

  • Great communication and literacy skills with a relaxed personality.

  • Able to work autonomously within short period of time.

  • The next skill sets are not essential but highly desirable:

Basic prepress / adobe suite experience, Signage Installation, Account management, Estimating
