We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Residential Cleaner Someone who is full of enthusiasm & beaming with energy, who are exceptional communicators, willing to go the extra mile when providing and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment for our clients, ensuring their homes are sanitary, presentable, and cared for with dignity. We're currently looking for someone within the Brookwater and surrounding suburbs.

Role Description

• Carrying out a range of cleaning duties to maintain safe, sanitary, and presentable
• environments in client homes.
• Day-to-day cleaning and domestic assistance, including:
• General cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
• Emptying rubbish bins and tidying common areas
• Laundry assistance where required – washing, hanging, folding
• Changing bed linens as needed
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely, in line with WHS requirements and SDS instructions.
• Being physically able to work within a manual handling environment.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with a positive and friendly client focus.
• Being proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail in all tasks.
• Reporting any hazards, damages, or incidents promptly to the relevant supervisor.
• Keeping a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Contributing positively to the team by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and promoting a culture of care.
• Taking responsibility for ongoing development by joining in training, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.
• Demonstrating NCHHS's CARING values in day-to-day work.
• Be punctual, reliable, and engaged in your shifts.
• Attend and complete all required online and in-person training.

Shift Support Times available:

• Between 7am - 7pm

Qualifications and Experence

Essential

• Current Driver's license
• NDIS Worker Screen Check
• First Aid
• CPR

Desirable

\Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, with knowledge of safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
