Realclean Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services across commercial spaces, residential homes, and end-of-lease (bond) cleans. You'll be working independently or as part of a team to ensure our clients' spaces are spotless, hygienic, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Complete detailed bond cleans to meet real estate and property management standards.
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and other high-traffic areas.
  • Handle commercial cleaning tasks such as office spaces, retail areas, and common facilities.
  • Follow checklists and client instructions to ensure consistent quality.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
  • Use correct time tracking through ServiceM8.
  • Be on time and follow your scheduled appointments.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience (commercial, residential, or bond cleaning preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Reliable transport and valid driver's licence.
  • Police check (or willingness to obtain).
