Role Overview

We're hiring Casual Cleaners to support clients in your local area—Brisbane Northside

You'll handle a mix of residential and commercial sites, working independently with the backing of a professional and positive team.

  • Casual role
  • Approximately 20-25 hours per week to start, with opportunity to increase
  • Work close to home in your chosen area

Pay & Hours

  • $33.50/hr + super, paid weekly
  • Approximately 20-25 hrs/week starting point with room for more as we grow
  • Flexible scheduling (AM/PM shifts and weekend options available)

What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain homes and workplaces to Thrive's high standards
  • Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising and restocking supplies
  • Work independently while staying connected with your supervisor for support
  • Use all company-supplied equipment and training to set you up for success

What We're Looking For

  • Current Police Check OR willingness to obtain one (we'll assist)
  • Reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to work without supervision
  • Friendly, professional attitude when dealing with clients
  • Experience in cleaning is a plus—but reliability and attitude are what matter most
