Hobson Bay Hotel is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef
  • Previous pub experience is preferred but not essential
  • A genuine passion for creating quality food
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards under pressure
