What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading orientation for new staff and supporting student placements
  • Delivering and coordinating training such as Basic Life Support, Aseptic Technique, and Donning & Doffing
  • Mentoring staff to meet professional goals and maintain mandatory education compliance
  • Partnering with experienced educators, Nurse Unit Managers, and Health Service Managers to drive a culture of excellence

What You Bring

  • Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration and who holds relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate
  • Current Workplace Training and Assessment Cert IV or willing to work towards
  • Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills
  • Ability to inspire teamwork and continuous learning
  • Commitment to quality care and professional development
  • Confidence to lead, motivate, and mentor staff at all levels
