Rental Sales Officer / Vehicle Detailer

The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily vehicle preparation process ensuring vehicles are presented for rental on time and to the required standards. They must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment. They will provide excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the business. Confidence in offering Europcar products and services to clients both face to face and over the phone is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical to include a drug and alcohol test.

You will receive:

  • $500 bonus upon commencement
  • $500 bonus upon completion of probation
  • A further $1000 upon completing 12 months of service

You will be required to;

  • Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.
  • Assist customers with booking vehicle services / maintenance
  • Possess intermediate computer knowledge.
  • Assist clients with vehicle collection, return and inspection.
  • Ensure the fleet is kept to the required standards
  • Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual drivers licence.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in customer service, be eager to learn and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.
