About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CA or CPA-qualified Accountant
to join our finance team on a
full time basis
.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can deliver accurate, high-quality financial work under defined timelines.

You'll play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and month-end processes. It also involves hands-on accounting functions, daily and weekly cashflow, debtor, creditor and KPI reporting. You must be able to source and analyse data from both Xero and our custom database

Strong
Xero experience
and
Advanced Excel skills
are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and journals in
    Xero
  • Provide weekly and daily cash flow reporting
  • Compile, analyse and report on KPIs
  • Manage BAS, PAYG, Superannuation and compliance reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Provide financial insights and process improvement recommendations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required

Skills & Qualifications

  • CA or CPA qualification
    (essential)
  • Proven
    experience with Xero
    (minimum 2–3 years). Xero Advisor Certification viewed favorably.
  • Demonstrable Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have
    Australian permanent residency or citizenship
