- Supervisors License highly desirable
- White card
- Drivers License, WWC and Induction Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)
- 3 years experience in construction/building supervision
- Clear knowledge of NCC and Waterproofing
- AS3740
- Experience working directly with stakeholders
- Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements
- Estimation skills (desirable)
- Trade qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on construction sites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs
- Flexibility considered with WFH options
