Position: Construction Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Construction Supervisor at Peter Bowen Homes, you will play a crucial role in driving and meeting construction deadlines and helping us build our community. Your efforts will be instrumental in achieving and enhancing our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction staff and sub-contractors: Overseeing and coordinating the people and work involved in a construction project to ensure it's completed on time and within budget
  • Inspecting construction sites: Inspect work to ensure it meets Peter Bowen Homes quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised worksite: Maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all site personnel
  • Leadership: Drive productivity, maintain quality, and ensure that projects are completed on time
  • Customer Assistance: Support customers throughout the construction process to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Construction Planning: Work closely with construction manager and other construction supervisors to meet deadlines
