This hands-on leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily on-site activities and ensure smooth project deliveryCoordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliersMonitor construction progress, timelines, and budgetsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsAct as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updatesResolve site issues and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on trackWhat you will bringPrevious experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Manager in residential buildingStrong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety requirementsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong leadership and communication abilities with a team-focused mindsetProven ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholdersTrade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or EngineeringWhite CardCurrent driver's licenceSupervisor's License up to 2 storey (preferred but not essential)Apply now to take the next step in your construction career and play a key role in delivering exceptional homes.
