Role Description

This is a contract role for Cabling Contractors located in the Greater Perth Area. The Cabling Contractors will be responsible for installing Advance Care life safety systems in Aged Care Facilities and Hospitals. Day-to-day tasks include running and terminating cables, testing connections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver projects on time. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on work at various client locations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cabling installation, termination, and testing
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to cabling
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the aged care or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in cabling or electrical trades i.e. Open Cabling License
