AUMS are actively seeking suitably qualified applicants to fill the role of Cable Bolt Trainers based at our operations in Africa on a permanent roster of **8 weeks on, 4 weeks off**. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly productive team environment and with a successful leading international contractor.

This position is responsible for ensuring the effective transfer of skills and knowledge to National Cable Bolter operators and trainees specific to the **SANDVIK DS421** automated cable bolter and all mechanised cable bolting.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A demonstrated passion for safety and a proactive attitude toward ensuring that safety is always front of mind for all employees.
- Highly experienced in all facets of long hole drilling and mechanised cable bolting.
- Able to read and accurately interpret ground support and drill plans.
- Have strong attention to detail in recording both up and down holes data.
- Accurate recording and reporting of drill information.
- **Air mist, single - hole and full fan automation experience.**:

- Setting up with lasers on pivot and collar points and drilling of accurate and parallel holes in rises.
- Passion to train and develop others to a high standard and has worked across multiple countries and cultures.
- International License.
