Child Care Australia United Ltd is seeking a dedicated Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator to lead our friendly and supportive team within the Sutherland Shire area.

About the Role

As the OSHC Coordinator, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Before and After School Care program and Vacation Care. You'll lead a small, passionate team and build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators
  • Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
  • Ensure compliance with service policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain — we'll train you)
  • Experience working with children in OSHC or a similar setting (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Availability between 6:30am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm (split shifts during school term; full days in vacation care)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
