With 30+ team members and a strong reputation for reliability, communication, and care, we're now expanding our House Manager team in The Shire.The Role

As a House Manager, you'll play an essential role in helping families maintain a beautiful, well-run home. You'll work closely with 2–3 households, managing cleaning, tidying, laundry, food prep, and general household organisation.

This role is perfect for a working mum, student, or someone looking for meaningful work during school hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
• Washing, folding, and changing bed linen and towels
• Organising and tidying common areas
• Preparing simple meals and managing grocery pickups
• Walking pets and assisting with errands where needed
• Maintaining communication with our Operations Team

You'll receive full support from our in-house admin and operations staff, with training, equipment, and low-toxin cleaning products providedAbout You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, trustworthy, and organised
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others
• Reliable and punctual
• Holds a current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or is willing to obtain them)
• Holds a valid driver's licence and car for travel between households
