Child Care Australia United Ltd is seeking a dedicated **Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator** to lead our friendly and supportive team within the Sutherland Shire area.

**About the Role**
As the OSHC Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Before and After School Care program and Vacation Care. You’ll lead a small, passionate team and build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators
- Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
- Ensure compliance with service policies and regulations

**Requirements**:
- Current **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:
- **First Aid**, **Asthma**, **Anaphylaxis**, and **Child Protection** training (or willingness to obtain — we’ll train you)
- Experience working with children in OSHC or a similar setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability between **6:30am-9:00am** and **2:30pm-6:00pm** (split shifts during school term; full days in vacation care)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
