Adventure OSHC, part of the Fit Futures Group, is opening a brand-new Out of School Hours Care service in Term 1, 2026 at Yowie Bay Public School, and we're looking for an inspiring Coordinator / Nominated Supervisor to lead the way.

Our programs are sport-based, screen-free, and designed to help children develop lifelong healthy habits through movement, creativity and connection. As part of Fit Futures, a NSW provider of primary school sports coaching, we believe in active play, teamwork, and fostering a love for physical activity from an early age.

We are a child safe organisation with zero tolerance for harm to children. Our policies, training and daily practices reflect a strong commitment to the Child Safe Standards, ensuring the wellbeing and voice of every child is at the heart of what we do.

The Opportunity

• Permanent full-time role with great work-life balance
• Paid onboarding week in December 2025 before the Christmas break
• Official start date: 12th January 2026, leading set-up and preparation ahead of service launch on 2nd February 2026.
• Report directly to the Area Manager and lead a passionate team of Educators
• Build the service culture from the ground up, shaping programs, systems and community connections

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support your team to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
• Develop and implement engaging, active, and inclusive programs that reflect children's interests
• Ensure all practices uphold Child Safe Standards and regulatory compliance
• Build strong relationships with families, the school community, and children
• Oversee health, safety, and wellbeing practices, including menu planning and daily operations
• Manage administration, compliance and financial records accurately

Essential Criteria

• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
• Current Employee Working with Children Check
• HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (includes Anaphylaxis and Asthma)
• Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a children's service, ideally in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality, engaging programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability Monday–Friday 7:00–9:30am and 2:30–6:00pm, plus additional admin hours (onsite or from home)

Desirable

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience in OSHC coordination or leadership
• Experience using Xplor or similar childcare management software
• Background or interest in sports, games and physical education
